Eligibility: Exams may only be scheduled for a pre-approved candidate who has filed a
certification application and paid the appropriate filing and certification fees.
Security: Cell phones, laptops, books or other study materials are not permitted inside
the testing area.
Fees: Please submit all applicable exam fees with your registration form. Late fees are charged
according to the above dates and are non- refundable. Make checks or money orders payable to
BCIA in US Funds. For your protection, submit credit card information on a separate sheet of paper
or contact the office.

Special Exam: Should you wish to schedule a written exam at a time and place that is outside of our
scheduled sites, please use our special exam option. You may use any appropriate university or public
library proctor for an additional fee made payable to BCIA. Please use the Special Exam Registration
Form to schedule your exam. BCIA offers individual administration of the exam at the Wheat Ridge
office at a time agreeable between the candidate and staff at no additional charge.
