Anatomy and Physiology

Applicants for Technician-Level Certification may satisfy the Anatomy and Physiology requirement by:

  • completing a semester course from a regionally-accredited academic institution in biological psychology, human anatomy, human anatomy/physiology, human biology, or human physiology.
  • completing a BCIA approved home study course covering this topic such as found on www.behavmedfoundation.org.
  • completing the  online course "Human Physiology" as provided by BioSource software.
  • Any of the options as listed on the Human Anatomy/physiology page from the Clinical Certification section.
