The International Society for Neuroregulation & Research (ISNR) is an international membership organization dedicated to advancing the science and clinical application of neuroregulation. Our community includes clinicians, researchers, healthcare providers, educators, and technology innovators committed to improving brain health and behavioral outcomes.

As neuroscience continues to evolve, so does the landscape of neuroregulation. Today, the field spans neurofeedback, biofeedback, photobiomodulation, neuromodulation, heart rate variability, bioregulation therapies, meditation and consciousness research, and emerging advancements in digital therapeutics and artificial intelligence.

Each year, ISNR convenes a dynamic global audience to explore cutting-edge research, innovative clinical methodologies, and breakthrough technologies shaping the future of brain-based care. The Annual Conference fosters collaboration across disciplines —uniting practitioners, researchers, engineers, and industry leaders in meaningful dialogue and discovery.

Participants may attend onsite or virtually via Zoom. Registration includes access to live sessions and recordings for 60 days following the event. Continuing Education credits will be available for both onsite and virtual attendees.

The 2026 conference will be hosted at the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa, located within The Resort at Summerlin, where educational sessions, networking events, and the Vendor Hall will take place. Attendees may take advantage of a special discounted ISNR rate starting at $169 per night, including complimentary valet parking.
