With all of the well-deserved attention neurofeedback and heart rate variability (HRV) biofeedback have been getting, many people have forgotten about how useful surface electromyography (EMG) can be. During this session Harry will go over many ways that surface EMG is used in practice and how it can be used along with other modalities like neurofeedback and HRV.

After the session participants will:

• Be able to identify clients who could use surface EMG training

• Be able to choose sites and apply surface EMG sensors
