NRBS - pIR HEG Neurofeedback for more than Migraines: A Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis

pIR HEG Neurofeedback was invented by Jeff Carmen, PhD specifically for use on migraine headaches. Dr. Tyrrell Baker has spent the last 5 years working to understand the effects of this Neurofeedback approach in the treatment of anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma. In this engaging webinar, she will share her qualitative and quantitative data supporting pIR HEG as a versatile, powerful, and easy to implement clinical tool.
PRESENTER: CHRISTINE TYRRELL BAKER, PHD Christine Tyrrell Baker, PhD has been in practice for over 20 years. She received her PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Delaware and completed her clinical internship at Upstate Medical University. She completed her undergraduate studies at Cornell University. For 15 years, Dr. Tyrrell Baker worked in community mental health in Syracuse, NY where she championed the implementation of both Evidence Based Practices and Person-Centered Care towards improving quality of care for persons with serious mental illness. She taught the graduate level course, Evidence-Based Approaches to Mental Health Treatment, in Syracuse University’s School of Social Work for over a decade. Dr. Tyrrell Baker now works in private practice and specializes in the integration of psychotherapy and pIR HEG Neurofeedback. She has received specialized training in Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and pIR HEG Neurofeedback. Dr. Tyrrell Baker recently launched the WellBeing CNY Learning and Collaboration Network in order to invite more people to the conversation about technology, Neurofeedback, and mental health. She has developed a free webinar for people new to Neurofeedback and/or pIR HEG. In addition, she has a comprehensive training for implementing pIR HEG Neurofeedback in clinical practice.
